Ehh not really my kind of subject. Wouldn't call it a wam booster either. The lectures are so long and tedious (60-80 slides sometimes). I found the final exam fine but maybe some scaling down happened because I got lower than expected. Overall pretty bland but it does cover some useful areas of law (contract, tort, agency, consumer).

This class was really easy to get an H1 in as the multiple choice nature was extremely straight forward. Basically just do the readings and the 5 question comprehension thing, it’s not hard if you can use your brain.

Not an easy 'H1' breadth, you truly need to understand the content and put in the effort if you want to maximise your results. Don't expect to get a high mark without the effort

Great subject! Very interesting content, and knowledge can be applied to real world situations. Not hard to get an H1 if you keep up with the readings and are consistent. Tutors were great with helping out with problems. That being said, there were no tutorials this semester, and face-to-face interactions with other students was non-existent. Hopefully it will be better for next semester.

Dont be deceived that this is a WAM booster subject! It can get super dense and the final exam is so hard. My WAM was brought down so much by this

I really did not like this subject as a science student taking a breadth. The lecturer was great and really entertaining, though at its core it wasn't for me. I am a cautionary tale in blindly taking subject recommendations based on "WAM boosters".

The subject content is quite relevant and practical. The assessments are also very easy to handle and if you keep up with all of the lectures and reading scoring high is certainly not a huge problem.

The subject's content is interesting and quite relatable to daily life, but the lecturer's voice can knock you out cold faster than an elephant tranquilizer. Overall, you'll gain quite a balance experience.
