Excessively hard, lack of guidance, 100% final exam

Anonymous, Semester 1, 2018

A well-structured course with relevant materials. Dr Emily Crawford is definitely one of the best academics in the faculty.

Anonymous, Semester 1, 2018

Hard but interesting! Lecturers and tutor (Crawford) were very helpful

Anonymous, Semester 1, 2018

Interesting, and an up and coming area in law, so it grants good exposure to the trajectory of the field.

Anonymous, Semester 1, 2018

A thoroughly interesting course taught by competent staff, with a well-chosen textbook to guide you (Dixon et al). Minus one star for the unnecessarily stressful (and unhelpful) assessment regime: 20% mid-sem exam, 80% final exam!
