The content of the subject is quite easy if you attend all of the lectures, tutorials and practicals. Each week builds upon the next so it is important to keep up with the content. A basic grasp of maths with probably get you a HD

An interesting and good subject. Make sure to attend lectures, do the examples along with the lecturer which will greatly help with your SGTA classes. Practicals are important for the class tests. First part of the course is tested in Class tests and second part in Finals. Second part of the course is challenging but not hard. Will be hard if you miss tutorials or lectures. A subject that you can aim or D or HD.

It is not hard to get a good mark if you follow the lectures and tutes, just make sure you don't get behind. I don't recommend reading textbook, it will just confuse you more.

Good knowledgable unit

Simple concepts, taught entirely during lecturers. Beware: content increases in difficulty about halfway through the course, but not overly so. Textbook not required, except perhaps for extra examples. If you can put up with their at times slow pace, very methodical lecturers. If you understand the concepts and do a couple of past papers, no reason why you can't get D or higher. Great fundamental stats unit.

really good subject! lectures are coherent and easy to understand, and even if you don't the exam is so easy especially because of the cheat sheet i went from failing to a credit bc of the exam

Really interesting and my lecturer & tutor were great at explaining the concepts. Keep up with the tutorial questions and you will be fine!
