Reviews
I highly enjoyed mathematics in high school, however I felt as if the calculus side of this course was convoluted. The course is basically split into two subcourses (Algebra and Calculus) with two different lecturers and teaching styles, and I felt that the Calculus side of things was less well structured than the Algebra. The tutorials are useful however and the assignments ensure that students keep on top of the workload. If I were to do it again, I'd purchase the textbook and use that to supplement the lecture slides, which were at times brief (for Calculus). Also, it may be useful to supplement the lectures with Khan Academy videos which provide a lot of resources for this level of math.

A great continuation of Extension 1. A lot of the content is the same as Extension 2 content, but I guess that was necessary because Ext 2 wasn't an essential prerequisite. Keep up with the tutorial questions and go to your tutorials!!!!! I ended up epically failing the final exam and only just passing the subject because I fell behind on the tutorial questions because the tutorials were optional. Other assignments weren't too hard as long as you paid attention in the lectures. Loved the algebra lecturer; very engaging; but the calculus lecturer was confusing and some of the calc took quite a lot of rereading to understand.
