Reviews
Well-organised and essential content for business, economics and law students.

Pretty well design for students to understand business law
Anonymous, Semester 1, 2017
Topics are highly relevant, the content is spread out to understand it and be a very clear subject, really enjoyed learning about the law with a business focus, recommend to try it if you have an extra unit as it can be relevant to other majors and electives.

Subject well run and organised, with detailed feedback from assignment. However, if you are not the law type of student and are doing this subject just to get your accounting CPA major, you might have a hard time studying for this subject. I find the workload quite intense at times and difficult despite consistently attending lectures and tutorials. PASS sessions are highly recommended for this unit as well.
Anonymous, Semester 2, 2016
I would say if you are not the 'law-type' student this unit will be super hard. I attend every lecture and tutorial and make my own study notes but I still lack some understanding of the logics behind this unit.

don't fall behind in this one!

great subject, really well run

Attend tutorials and do the work, lectures may or may not be optional depending on how much you can take in per lecture because you tend to cover a lot of material each week. Highly recommend bringing your textbook when it comes to Brett's lectures.Read consistently and try to spot similarities between each chapters because your ability to tie in more areas of the law together is crucial if you want an excellent grade

This is more about understanding the concepts and how to apply it .
