I really enjoyed this subject! Its an introduction to ring theory and the theory of vector spaces and modules and is a natural extension of the topics learn in the second-year group theory and linear algebra class. I am actually hoping to become an algebraist and this is one of the classes that helped inspired that.

Algebra is lawfully good. So I enjoy this subject a lot!

This is a very abstract subject compared to other subjects, and many of the topics studied don't have a clear 'real-life' use. However I found it very interesting and it's definitely my favorite Maths subject so far. Alex Ghitza is an excellent lecturer

Algebra is incredibly abstract in comparison to most of the other subjects I've completed throughout my undergrad, but as a Pure Maths student I really enjoyed it!
