Unit run quite average. Lecture slides straight from textbook and lecturers tend to just read off them (however, you can't really digress from the law). Would have appreciated more examples and application rather than Law A is this, Law B is this etc. All tutorial questions are provided from week 1 and answers are released on a weekly basis. Requires practice to ensure questions are answered properly.

An interesting subject. Building effective notes is the key to succeeding on the exam as it was open book!

Pretty easy and straight forward if you have the hang of formulating an academic or law argument, could have done with longer tutorials to really nut out some of the finer points but overall an enjoyable subject.
