This part of the notes (the last 107 pages) are not necessary for the exam, however, I have included them just in case you do not understand a case discussed in the exam structured part of the notes. I should also note that these notes were super helpful for the mid-semester test in semester 2, 2017. I was able to receive full marks by only using these notes.
