There is so much content in this unit. Make sure that you don't leave the assignment to the last minute and definitely attend the tutorials ! Kelsey was the best tutor ever, so I would recommend going to her !

Fairly dry and content heavy - a lot of reading, information to remember and major assignment was quite challenging. Overall though, a fairly enjoyable unit and you learn a lot of practical information you typically wouldn't touch on in other nutrition or PA-related units offered by the Health Sciences.
