Terrible unit and lecturer. Marking is very subjective. Lecturer is lazy, bitter and unhelpful. Very slow in responding to emails. His explanations of concepts are extremely poor. Lecturers casually curse with little regard to professionalism. I found that he was more focussed on punishing students with harsh marking and poor advice, then encouraging us to learn. And if you're on his bad side, expect a different beast altogether. I guess some may have already had experience with his poor attitude if they've corresponded with him via email (since he's the science course advisor) By far, the worst unit and experience I've had at uni. Strongly discourage anyone from enrolling in it. Around 5 people were enrolled at Parramatta last year, a testament to poor reviews.
