A lot on digestion, carbs, fats, proteins, vitamin, minerals, nutrients and energy. Involved lab work with dry matter and ash, plant tissue, nutrient content in pet foods, etc. Assignment was a killer, having to create a feeding regime for a particular animal and consider age, weight, diet, etc. Overall wasn't too bad but teacher was a creep.
