Excellent introduction to the world of employment relations. The lecturer gave the examples of theory and context through real-world issues which made it easier to remember. Assessments included weekly discussion board questions, group presentation, short essay and then a longer essay

Assessment criteria wasn't explicitly stated, making the essays a difficult task. Nevertheless, the unit coordinator made the unit both enjoyable and practically beneficial.
