It's not an "easy" subject if you actually engage with the material in a critical manner, but—comparing it to all the other intermediate-level subjects, which I completed last year—it's certainly one of the few subjects in law school which is taught with an understanding that there's more to life than this unit of study. Three stars because there have been some serious communication issues in this subject, including about important assignment details.
