A great introductory course which covers content in just enough detail for you to get an understanding of them before you study them in much more extensive detail in other courses. The assessment is pretty self explanatory and very engaging. The final exam is also quite easy if you study for it. Great to complete over the summer semester (which I did), and can help boost your GPA.

Excellent introductory course to exercise and nutrition science. Course is interesting, applicable to everyday life & assessment is well laid out. An excellent option if you wish to fast-track a few units over the summer semester.

Not bad for an overview of a range of topics, however, most of the content is examined in more detail in other courses. It is great for improving your GPA.
