No pre-requisites which is great if you think you need to be good at math to get something out of it~~ not so! There is a mid-term test and a final exam, the other assessment is divided into 5 lab-sessions, so very practical and hands-on. It's only available in the Spring term, so annoying if you join mid year or Summer. And the expectation for contact hours is 5 hours so it's time intensive, plus revision, which IS necessary for concepts to gel. Covers the basic theories which lay the base for the advanced techniques of other courses; heavy on understanding variation and probability. A challenging though real-world skill to learn.
