I liked it. You learn C++17 and some C++ testing/build tools like Bazel. The course doesn't assume any background in C++ (I didn't have any and still got HD) and will start off easy before getting harder. But it WILL eventually get harder with more advanced topics. There is 1 individual-assignment and 2 partner-assignments (and a final exam).
