Pretty decent subject, scored a H1. Formative quiz is open book so is relatively easy to score well in and mainly covers lecture content. A really hefty amount of (required) readings before tutorials but the main ideas are covered in the lectures (tbf, most people stopped going to lectures once the quiz was completed). Required readings are useful mainly when used topic-specific for your oral presentation (debate). Reflective essay had a clear rubric, though it would've been nice to see more exemplars. Tutorial quality depended on the table group you sat at and willingness to engage - you are given discussion questions based on the lecture/required reading content and are expected to discuss it for the duration of the tutorial. Grades are more reflective of effort rather than relying solely on the subject being a WAM booster.
