Way better than second year nutrition, felt like fresh air because you learn about food portions, impact of food policies and how cooking and preservation techniques affect the nutrition of food. Assignments were mostly multiple choice which makes getting a super high score possible, although the one 10% written assignment was lower than expected (average mark was 57%). There's only 2 lectures per week, so the workload was surprisingly moderate. Final exam was fair if you properly did all the lectures, I found it useful to rewatch them all and read along with your notes. It's not open book but half the questions on the exam was multiple choice which made it easier. Definitely my favourite nutrition subject!
