This is more of a 'boutique subject'. Definitely not for the faint hearted as the texts explored are very complex and dense, despite their short-lengths. But despite this, this is possibly my favourite English subject out of all. Both Clara and Beth gave very engaging lectures and tutorials were highly interactive. And Beth is an excellent tutor and gave great lead-ins for discussion! Though I wished there would've be more time for the tutorials, because an hour is simply just not enough to discuss these texts in full detail!
