This was an excellent foundational maths unit. Well organised and Thomas the coordinator put a lot of time in. As well as having Zoom tutorials Thomas gave live online lectures for our cohort rather than just providing recordings from an earlier offering. Our lectures were still recorded for revision or for students who couldn't make it. Recordings from earlier cohorts were also made available for those who wanted them. Thomas and other tutors were patient and gave detailed explanations to questions. Nothing was too much trouble when students had problems or asked for help. For me it was remedial maths as I had a lot of trouble with the subject at school. I am now confident to go on and do further maths units or other units that require mathematical understanding.
