Definitely the most disorganised unit I've done so far. Interesting topic but the unit was extremely unfocused, like the flakey lecturer who disappeared for two weeks because "the university was forcing her to take annual leave". In the middle of trimester? Sure, Jan. Assignments took forever to be returned and the lecturer seemed to decide at some point not to entertain any more questions on when they would be marked, probably because there's only so many weeks you can say "this week" without sounding foolish. Assessments were needlessly complicated and as unfocused and garbled as the rest of the unit. Published due dates and assessment names were wrong. Perhaps spend more time on that than playing with the fonts in the assignment templates? The major assessment was a theoretical essay but a practical assessment would have made more sense. A separate reading list of *useful* texts categorised by topic would have been super helpful. There's a reason other online units are formatted a certain way-they're easy to navigate. Not a day goes by where I don't regret not dumping this mess at census. I'm just salty I paid for this.
