Hi! I’m a former university tutor at UNSW with over eight years of experience teaching university-level Maths, Physics, and Economics. I have a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Hons First Class) in Physics and was awarded the Head of Schools Prize in Physics. I attained an ATAR of 99.3 and state rankings in Physics and Chemistry. I also have a Master's in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics with a GPA of 9.5/10 and a number of first place results in my postgraduate coursework. My lessons are interactive, structured, and focused on building real understanding — not just memorising formulas. Dominic was my PHYS1131 tutor and was extremely helpful in preparing me for Lab Test 2. He was able to tutor me on very short notice and quickly identified the areas I needed the most help with. In particular, he gave me a much stronger understanding of waves, frequency, and the Doppler effect. Rather than just giving me formulas or answers, he explained the underlying concepts clearly and worked through the types of problems I was struggling with until I understood how to approach them independently. His tutoring played a major role in getting me prepared enough to pass Lab Test 2.
