HD FINAL EXAM NOTES

Description

I recieved a HD in the final exam using these notes. They are comprehensive (see table of contents), include a myriad of cases and all legislation points (UEA and CPA) and are in an efficient, colour coded, in-depth checklist format. They are also formatted in such a way that includes pre written statements that can be tweaked and used in the exam, and include some self-made charts where necessary to link between topics (useful in a complex problem question and areas such as hearsay).
