HD FINAL EXAM NOTES

Description

I recieved a HD in the final exam using these notes. They are comprehensive (see table of contents in preview), include a myriad of cases and legislation and are in an easy-to-follow checklist format. They are also formatted in such a way that includes pre written statements that can be tweaked and used in the exam, and include some charts where necessary to link between topics (useful in a complex problem question). Also note: I completed this subject T1 2024 so they include all the late 2023 amendments to UCTL for unfair terms :) I hope they help :)
