These complete scripted notes which contain all legislation and relevant cases were used in my exam and allowed me to score a HD (83). I scored 35/40 internally. Thus, I scored 48/60 (80%) on the exam. These scripted notes are formatted through headings and sub headings that make the notes very easy to utilise and write out in an exam situation. I have included within the footnotes all authorities (I read the cases so exact pinpoints are used).
