Clear, easy to understand, yet comprehensive set of notes on Introduction to Property and Commercial Law. This document includes notes on all relevant legislation and case law, which clearly defines the facts, decision and key principles of each case listed on the unit reading guide. These notes were made through a close reading of the required reading (cases, legislation and textbook), compiling a range of notes written by HD students and using a range of in-depth supplementary readings and textbooks. These notes allowed me to get an HD in the mid-semester exam and a D in the final exam.
