H1(84) Comprehensive, concise and specifically relevant exam notes

These are detailed notes that are concise and, more importantly, targeted. This is probably the main thing to emphasise; they are created under Hal's specific instructions as to what to focus on during the exam. The course itself is quite 'practical' in that it consists of a lot of advice and irrelevant material for the exam. For instance when he goes through every single clause of a GSA. Which is great and all but doesn't exactly help you. These are SPECIFICALLY the topics that will come up on the exam. Nothing more, nothing less (you'll note that my ROT section is quite thin precisely because there is close to no examinable content beyond what is already in the notes). Moreover, there are indications from me as to what topics are less likely to come up, to keep your revision focussed (see *FREE* sample). Another thing to consider for this subject is that Hal 1. does not always cite his pinpoints, or incorrectly does so, and 2. does not structure his content in hypo/step-by-step construction. I have gone through the content and not only corrected and added all relevant pinpoints, but have restructured some key areas so that it is 'step-by-step' hypo structure. I have also added content from the readings. The notes also include important throwaway/acknolwedging statements that are expected to be included in your answer (usually marked with a 'NOTE' or 'ACKNOWLEDGE'), and points you must consider ('CONSIDER'). These notes took me a full week to make before/during SWOTVAC; they may not be colourful or hyperlinked but the content is extensive and thoroughly ordered for your convenience. Topics include: General nature of basic contract rights, possible attacks to transactions, guarantees and letters of comfort, leases, Rules of title transfer, transfer of accounts, set off, insolvency (liq, admin and receivership), ipso facto, director liability for insolvent trading, challenging transactions, related party transactions, financial assistance, PPSR (security interest, perfection, consequences of imperfection), circulating security interests, GSA, ROT, execution (incl electronic).
