Note: Topic 1 and Topic 2 (partially) were examinable in Mid-semester Exam Topics 2-5 were examinable in Final Exam Part I: Full Course Notes containing complete case summaries and key legal principles (sample pages 1-4) highlighted and colour coded. These notes have been made through spending many hours to compile different sets of notes from HD students in conjunction with the assigned textbook, optional reading and tutorial work. This scaffold helped me summarised each extensive topic and understand how the individual sub-topics within each topic are linked together. I believe this set of scaffolds is all you need to excel in the final exam.
