HD (87) LAWS1022 Notes (incl. problem q flow charts)

Description

Concise/detailed (depending on what is more helpful for each topic) notes on all LAWS1022 content. You can use these to understand the topics, guide yourself through the readings, for class participation. Later on, you can use the problem question flow charts (at the end of the document) to practice doing problems and learning/memorising the important principles (make sure to do practice questions!!) :) List of Topics: Assault Sexual Assault Homicide Assault Causing Death Supply of Drugs Causing Death Homicide in Context Defences Dishonesty and Fraud Extending Criminal Liability Note: I didn't include my notes for the Sentencing Assignment because, to be honest, just copy down every word from the modules into a document (but understand it all, of course, don't just passively copy), go through the modules multiple times and go through that big document when doing the assignment to make sure you don't miss a thing (I did this and got 90% for the assignment). Best of luck, this was my fave subject by far and it's super interesting :) xx
