HD FULL COURSE FED CON NOTES + SUMMARY/SCAFFOLD
Subject notes for USYD LAWS2011
Description
These notes have two parts to them: - Part 1: Full course notes including all cases. The key principles and texts are in highlighted textbooks to ensure you remember - Part 2: A summary of all the topics in the final exam in scaffold format. This makes it much easier to use in the exam to ensure you answer all the aspects of the problem question. I made the notes using all the readings, study guides, other notes and my own external reading. The sample (not in order) includes a section from the notes as well as the summary. The topics included are: Topics in the notes: - Topic A: Principles of Constitutional Interpretation - Topic B: Inconsistency - Topic C: External Affairs Power - Topic D: The Corporations Power - Topic E: Freedom of Interstate Trade - TOPIC F: Taxation, Excise & Grants - TOPIC G: The Defence Power & the doctrine in the communist party case - Topic H: The Implied Freedom of Political Communication Topics in the summary: - Topic C: External Affairs Power - Topic D: The Corporations Power - Topic E: Freedom of Interstate Trade - TOPIC F: Taxation, Excise & Grants - TOPIC G: The Defence Power & the doctrine in the communist party case - Topic H: The Implied Freedom of Political Communication
