These notes cover every topic covered and assessed throughout the entirety of the unit including: Topic 1: Actus Reus Elements of Unlawful Homicide Topic 2: Murder Topic 3: Manslaughter Topic 4: Assault Topic 5: Sexual Offences Topic 7: Robbery, Burglary and Strict Liability Topic 8: Strict and Absolute Liability Offences Topic 9: Inchoate Offences Topic 10: Defences These notes were made using the using the lectures, Crimes Act and the tutorial questions and notes provided throughout the entire trimester. The notes contain both the appropriate legislation used in this unit and the appropriate cases (which are in red for easy reading and spotting in exams). This was the only thing i needed to bring into my exam which enabled me to get distinction.
