Week 9: Reading week [no topics covered].

Week 10 (class 13 & 14): Delegated legislation and rule-making by the Executive; Integrity agencies - Ombudsman and Anti-Corruption bodies.

Week 11 (class 15 & 16): Introduction to Ch III jurisprudence, and the separation of Commonwealth judicial power; Applying the separation rules for Commonwealth judicial power.

Week 12 (class 17 & 18): Applying the separation rules for Commonwealth judicial power continued; Chapter III implications protecting the institutional integrity of courts.

Week 13 (class 19 & 20): 'Advisory opinions' on the validity of legislation; Class 20 - revision and exam preparation [no topics covered].
