CONTRACT B EXAM TEMPLATES (HD)

Hi everyone I’m selling my Contract B Notes with which I scored a HD in semester 2, 2017. These were the only notes I took in for the problem question part of the exam, which forms the majority of the exam and I found that it was extremely helpful to have a set structure to follow as there’s so much content to get through in Contracts and you’re not really afforded the time to stop and think about what you’re going to write. Key features of these notes include: - Issue Spotting Diagram - Exam structures/templates you can follow step by step to answer a question - One-line case analogies inserted below legal principles for quick and easy reference There is also some small points on policy, however for policy, I myself just took my lecture notes in and found that to be the most helpful.
