MLL110 Final Notes

Description

These notes cover all the topics in the course except for topic 3 - Research which was not examinable. These notes cover the topics of all the self-study questions and the exam questions in the end. They outline the response to the question but also the source of the response, be it a piece of legislation, a case or a passage in the text book. Taking these notes into the exam along with the book will form a very complete set of notes to use. I would still advise a lot of revision for the topic and familiarity with the notes. Do not rely on these notes alone. Like any law subject, a good set of notes will not be enough for a good mark.
