H1 EPM Notes

It's not a common A4 page notes.the page is long cus I'd like to keep everything from one lecture on the same page to make things clear. The notes contains key points from lecture slides and some of my own summary. However in order to do well in EPM, memorising notes is not enough. First you need to memorise them for sure, like the pros and cons of a BSC, the properties of different types of organisation structure, then you need to apply them to the case. That way you will get a good mark at the final exam for sure.
