H1 CF notes + Calculation Summary

Description

So the notes has two parts. First part contains the key points in lecture notes. And I didn't use the A4 page cus I'd like to keep everything on the same page. You might not want to print them out but it works great on ipad/computer (and print them on ONE NOTE if you are using it). Second part is the summary contains some typical calculations you would encounter during the study of CF. I summarised 10 types of questions and I think it's covered 95% of the calculations I've seen no matter whether it's in tutes or lectures. For the calculation part, I posted the annotated version. I find the annotated version contains some useful notes i added on during my revision.
