LAW1LIM Subject & exam notes
Subject notes for LaTrobe LAW1LIM
Description
i have provided concise, comprehensive notes for both the subject itself, and the LAW1LIM exam. (don't be too overwhelmed with the number of pages, a bulk comes from the text book summary). Within these notes you will find: -a comprehensive list of legal authorities (to reference in your exam)- this will help with assessments too -general definitions relevant to the subject -notes i have taken from lectures (week 1-12), these include advanced explanations on concepts which may be confusing at first, such as specific authorities and common law principles. -a summary of the textbook, laying down the law (9th ed), which you are required to read weeks 1-12. -a detailed explanation of the spiral approach and how to approach and use it in your exam response. -a sample legal answer, much like the one you will be required to write on the end of semester exam. This answer, also indicate's where and how the spiral approach is adhered too, when legal problem solving. -and extra notes to help you with structuring your answer (very important in order to do well on the exam). Having received an overall HD, these notes will not only help you with structuring your answer in the exam, but they will also help with assessments. i also have a bunch of digital flashcards i made in preparation for the exam, which i can email to you. Good luck:)
