Torts A Elements Notes Compilation

Description

I have compiled a very comprehensive set of notes for each tort covered in the semester, including the elements, exceptions and defences for each of the torts. My notes also include summaries of the relevant sections of the Civil Liability Act. This comprehensive compilation of each tort is derived from the lecture content, learning guide, each of the prescribed cases (which I have read in detail and selected the relevant ratio/obiter), the textbook, select cases I have read which were recommended by the lecturer or mentioned in the key cases/textbook. The set of notes is easy to read and each statement is clearly referenced by an authority.
