Reviews

Tests and exams are poorly structured and the classes are the same since it’s run through overcrowded seminars rather than tutes. All content is copied from lecturer written textbook

boring and no structure

Anonymous, Semester 2, 2018

Quite dry and boring. The statutory interpretation section is useful, but everything in the earlier weeks is basically covered again in other subjects. It’s compulsory, so you just have to stick with it.

Anonymous, Semester 2, 2017

Easily the worst law unit I've ever done - incredibly boring and the midsem test had either super narrow or super broad questions, of which neither tested actual knowledge.

Anonymous, Semester 2, 2015

Subject is okay but my lecturer is drier than a celibate nun

Anonymous, Semester 2, 2016

I dont think the lecturers for the unit were particularly engaging. I found that the course material overlapped a lot with Constitutional Law and Foundations of Law.
