The content was useful and interesting enough, but don't take this unit unless you need to or are sure you're capable. Its a very difficult subject- hardest I've done so far.

A highly relevant unit for all students and if you are as lucky as I was to have Nance as a lecturer as well as a tutor you will find yourself quietly confident for the exam. Like most law units this one requires a degree of dedication and persistence. Don't fall behind and make sure you do the tutorial questions and you should be just fine.

I loved this subject. I've heard such terrible things from people who had taken it in the past and they found it incredibly difficult and boring. I had a great tutor and I feel that made a big difference. It's a challenging but rewarding subject, if you love learning and applying law then tax law is for you!
