Good unit, but lots of differences in marking standards between tutors. Short answers on final exam were marked more harshly but overall an easier psych unit.

What an excellent unit. Bussey is an absolute pro at what she teaches, granted she can go on a couple of tangents on things she is passionate about. This is the only third year subject you get 5% attendance for! There is also a 10% group project which I found relatively easy. If you try in that, you already get an easy 15%, which is something that is such a huge help, especially when needing that 75 AVG for honours (I see you third year students completely sh**ting it right now). The essay was marked FARLEY! Managed to pull a D in the high range, and it's great to see I got awarded for my efforts. Again, you need to do well because it is 40%. The final is 45% and honestly not too bad but lots to remember. However, if you like developmental psychology and specifically areas regarding teens and young people, this is a solid unit. Great to see the passion here and something that has given me a chance to get into honours.
