Content-heavy unit but the topics are very interesting, however it is a fairly new unit (created in 2025), there is no communication around final exam formatting and only a singular unit revision file is released with screengrabs from lectures - not particularly useful. Exam is ENTIRELY short-answer questions, ranging from 2-4 marks. This is terrible for a million reasons. Why are short-answer questions even a thing? Additionally, you only have 2 hours and 10 mins to complete this so ignore the hand cramping and neck pain and push through. In-person workshops are fun and hands-on, involving dissections and various experiments. If you don't like content-heavy units with lots of memorisation and your weak points are remembering the hows and whys of everything, don't take this unit! You will be the guinea pig until all flaws are ironed out.
