Interesting subject with good overall coverage. Basic physics terminology sometimes used in order to aid understanding, no specific chemistry or biology background needed. Practical lessons in lab are only for explaining assignments and doing small assessment practicals like fish identification and microscope work. Not difficult for those without science background, need to keep up with content though. Lots of guest lectures, make the effort to go, they are well respected educators.
