I chose this unit as an elective for a B. Ed (0-12) and it was great. The unit convener really stretches your thinking about how war and peace are enabled throughout history and today. Some of the readings blew me away (and other students as well judging by forum comments). If this is your first Mod History unit (was mine) then go for it. It requires weekly discussion participation if you're eternal but you will be glad you did it really helps your academic writing I found. As a final testimonial I have to admit I actually enjoyed the 3hr final exam!?!?!? Crazy! I nearly forgot, the feedback from assessments is really blunt, direct and to the point and consequently really helpful...
