Incredibly interesting and well delivered class, assessment was easy to follow (may have changed since last reviewer). Lecturer was very engaging and explained things well. Much easier to follow than crime 1, though much more legislative based rather than case based

The class was well organised and was taught in an engaging way. However, it was quite difficult to understand what any assessment piece is asking for due to the lecturer's lack of explaining the piece. As a tip for this class, I highly recommend to read the reading guides as they give you a clear understanding of what the topic is stating. It would be highly helpful during exam periods or tutorial submissions.
