Lectures provided great explanation for difficult topics. Definitely a tricky unit, but staying on top of the readings and religiously attending class is the way to go. Even though it's difficult I found the unit very enjoyable. Assessments weren't necessarily marked too harshly. 10/10 would take this unit again. Dan Meagher (lecturer) is fantastic.

Difficult unit. Although I did well in assessments, I found they were harshly marked.

Very content heavy and can be quite dense, but very interesting and rewarding content. Ben Saunders (lecturer) took a few weeks but quickly got into stride. Shame about general lack of student engagement.

Readings is directly proportional to confusion

Difficult and confusing unit, would definitely need to keep up with the workload throughout the trimester

Subject was really confusing even though it was taught very well. Definitely keep on top of your lectures and tutes to get good marks!

Lecturers provided excellent materials and explained difficult topics very well. My best experience in Deakin Law so far.

Its a difficult unit but be on top of your readings and you shouldn't have too much of a problem.
