Deakin Law Tutor Hayden

Hi, my name is Hayden and I work full time for the Commonwealth Government as a specialist litigation lawyer. I was admitted to the legal profession in May 2023 after graduating from Deakin with a Bachelor of Laws (Distinction) and the College of Law with a Grad Dip of Legal Practice (Distinction). I am available via zoom for 1 hour tutoring sessions, or 30 minute assignment review sessions. I can do either a one-on-one draft assignment feedback via zoom, or I can spend 30 minutes providing comments and general feedback on your draft word doc (I will not re-write any of your assignment) and will email this back to you. My personal practice area makes me particularly suitable for tutoring on civil procedure and dispute resolution. However, I am also available for administrative law, taxation, insolvency law, constitutional law, property/land law, equities and trusts, torts, and contract law. I achieved HD in the following subjects: international law, environment and climate law, civil procedure and dispute resolution.
