Do the knowledge checks early; they are easy marks. Do the labs and write your reflection afterwards to make it easier for yourself. You can get the lab reflections out of the way early; they are not hard. Follow the rubric and use that to section your reflection. To do the group project, you should really complete all the assigned laboratories to understand what you need to do. The lectures felt entirely irrelevant to the AWS Amazon Cloud work you actually get assessed on, so if you do the assigned work, you will be okay. You are given time during the lecture to ask questions and seek help. The group project rubric was more a set of steps with marks than a true rubric, so use the labs to guide you.
