Be prepared to spend a lot of time on this unit. There are 3 assignments, each writing 3 essays as well as 3 lab reports. There is a lot of data for lab reports so they are very time-consuming. They are not overly hard to score high in the only downside is that the 3 assignments are group tasks and if you don't have a reliable group(which you don't get to pick so it's completely based on luck) it can make your life very difficult. I scored above 75 for all mine and I didn't write amazing essays, some I didn't even have time to edit. There is so so so so much content to cover. I would start revising for this exam very early so you have time to cover everything. The exam didn't have a very broad test of concepts so it felt like I wasted a lot of my study on irrelevant stuff. There is an optional mid sem that I could not recommend enough. It can be worth 10% if you do well in it and it is very easy to do well in even if you don't study. Do yourself a favour and go sit it even if you didn't study for it, you have nothing to lose, if you do badly in it, it won't be counted towards your final grade. The final exam was very daunting and hard, study for it. The content is not hard there is just a lot of it and there's a tonne of youtube videos about it that explains everything very visually which I would recommend.
