I was surprised by how much I actually enjoyed this unit! It takes a look at the historical context, employer representation, employee representation, state involvement, bargaining and other employment relations topics across a number of countries. Assessments were tutorial presentation, essay and blogging (which is actually really fun). Learned a lot, would definitely recommend.. especially with Andrzej as your tutor- he’s amazing!
